What makes the photographs studio quality?

We spared no expense building this booth. For the pictures we run a professional 18mp DSLR camera. To ensure that the lighting is just right we have a studio quality flash with umbrella. For our printer we have a professional dye sublimation printer that can print in two strips in less than 10 seconds.

Do the photos come in color or black and white?

Upon entering the booth there are two lit buttons to choose between black and white or color for your photos.

Do you offer scrapbook or memory book services?

We love this option and so do our clients. We have a collection of scrapbooks to choose from, colored pens, and glue dots for the photo strips. We print two (2) copies of each strip and give your guest an option to keep one copy and add the other one into the scrapbook. The scrapbook is delivered to you at the end of the night making a great keepsake. The scrapbook is available A-La Carte, but for the best value this option is available as a package.

Do you provide me with a digital copy of the pictures of the event?

At the conclusion of the event we will provide you with a high resolution digital copy of all your images at no additional cost. In addition, we will setup a private gallery hosted on ThatPhotoBooth's website (login details will be printed on the strip) of all of your event photos will be available to download and share for your guests. This includes both the photo strip files and the original photos that make up each strip.

What if we want to add on additional time to our party or event?

Additional hours may be requested for an additional cost of $75 per hour prior to the event- just ask us.

Will someone be there to attend to the photo booth?

Of course! In most instances the owner Greg Makin will be at your event to provide ThatPhotoBooth high quality service. ThatPhotoBooth attendants will arrive at least one hour before the contracted hour and breakdown at the end of the event at no additional cost.

Do you require a deposit for a photo booth rental?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement.

What if I don't like the standard 2”x6”strips?

We have a variety of layout options based on your needs. please see our About section for samples.

What areas do you service?

We are based in the Frisco, TX area and will travel to an area within approximately 60 miles of Frisco free of charge. Any outlying areas will be a case by case basis and may be charged a nominal fee based on location.

Is there a limit to how many pictures / prints during an event?

Absolutely not! During the paid up time unlimited photos and prints are included. Feel free to take as many as you like.

Can I choose what the message says on the bottom of the prints?

Absolutely! When we book your event we’ll ask you what you would like the bottom of the prints to say. Our graphic designer will design a “logo” and we’ll send it to you prior to the event to make sure you like it.
